Private habit and accountability workspace

Grow a rhythm
you can keep.

RitualSprout keeps the habits you are actually trying to repeat: timezone-correct check-ins, five weeks of history, forgiving streaks, one optional reminder, and an invite-only circle that sees a number rather than your notes.

Example of the five-week calendar. Yours is filled in from your own check-ins, and every day carries its date and completed-of-scheduled count as text.

What you get on the first day

Everything below is in the product now. Nothing here is a waiting list, a beta flag or a roadmap item.

Daily or weekday habits

Give a habit a name, a symbol, a colour, and either an every-day or a Monday-to-Friday schedule. Unscheduled days are never counted against you.

Check-ins on your own day

The day boundary follows the timezone on your profile, so a late check-in stays on the day you lived and a 1am one starts the next.

Five weeks at a glance

A thirty-five day calendar, a completion rate, current and longest streaks, and a progress bar for every habit.

One gentle reminder

Opt in to a single daily email at a local time you choose. It is only sent while a habit scheduled for today is still open.

Invite-only circles

Share today's completed and scheduled counts with up to twelve people. Habit names, notes and email addresses are never shared.

Your data stays yours

Export a readable JSON backup at any time, or delete your cloud data and your sign-in account outright.

How it works

Three steps, in the order most people actually take them.

Step 1

Start with one rhythm

Create a habit small enough to repeat on a busy day, and pick the schedule that matches real life rather than an ideal week.

Step 2

Check in as the day goes

One tap marks a habit done, another undoes it. Changes save to your account immediately and keep a device copy if the network drops.

Step 3

Review, or share the shape of it

Read your own calendar and streaks privately, or invite a small circle that only ever sees today's completion counts.

What RitualSprout does not do

The limits are worth knowing before you sign in, not after.

  • Sign-in is Google only, and everything that syncs needs an account.
  • Schedules are daily or Monday to Friday. There are no custom weekly patterns, numeric targets or partial completions.
  • Reminders are email only — there is no push notification, widget or native mobile app.
  • RitualSprout is a record of the check-ins you enter. It is not medical, mental-health or behavioural advice, and it cannot promise an outcome.

Common questions

Is RitualSprout free?

Yes. There is no paid plan, trial timer or payment step in the product today, and the weekly template on this site works with no account at all.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. The free habit tracker template runs in your browser without signing in. An account adds cloud sync, streak history, reminders and private circles.

Who can see my habits?

Only you. Habit names, symbols and check-in history are read back to your account alone. Circles receive today's completed and scheduled counts and nothing else.

What happens if I lose connection?

Your last view is kept as a clearly labelled device copy, and RitualSprout will not overwrite a newer cloud copy without asking you first.
